Hi! My name is Christina W. I am the author of this blog called My World. I love to write. Writing is one of my favorite hobbies, that and reading. I could read and write all day long, and never grow tired of it. Actually, that's really what I do on a daily basis!! Writing and reading started when I was really young.
When I learned to read, I loved books more than anything else. I would enjoy going to the library and wishing I could take the whole place home with me. When I became a little older, I found genres I really enjoyed. For example, historical fiction. I still read books today,(a lot), and I LOVE my language arts class.
When I began to write, I was maybe 5 or 6 years old. I wrote stories for my family. I'd write wherever I would go. On vacations, at school, at home, on the bus,etc. I've often tried to make my stories interesting and yet a GOOD story. Sometimes when I write historical fiction stories, I look up information. I always want to get my facts straight. (It's important!!) Some of my stories that I've made, I had inspirations from things. For example, I wrote like a pioneer story from a movie that I watched. It's usually from cetain movies or books that I've read. I sometimes read my stories to my family before I "publish" it. (What I mean by me "publishing" it I mean: stapeling the pages together and putting the book on my family's bookshelf.)
My BIGGEST DREAM EVER, is for me to publish SOME of my stories. I hope to reach that goal so I can become my dream of being a writer. I'll also be a teacher AND a writer. :)
